Reporting a Bug or Sending Feedback

Help us continue to improve IRIS Clarity

Making sure your voice is heard is extremely important to us!

There are three ways you can get in touch to provide feedback or report a bug:

  1. Email support@iris.audio
  2. In your Account Dashboard click on the Chat icon in the bottom right hand corner 
  3. In the IRIS Clarity App click on the menu, support and then "Report A Bug"
