IRIS Clarity is compatible with any programme that allows you to change your audio input/output settings, provided they support virtual audio drivers.
This includes most video conferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Slack, Skype, Hopin, etc.), all the common VoIP platforms that run on your laptop (e.g. Five9, 8x8, RingCentral, Vonage, Avaya, Genesys, etc., including softphones), many online CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), and recording tools on your computer (e.g. Logic, Ableton, Audacity, etc.).
We don’t yet integrate with standalone phones, though.
For platforms which do not allow you to change your audio settings (e.g. NICE MAX, Amazon Connect, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Line, etc.), you can set your system default audio devices to be IRIS Clarity, which allows you to use the app anywhere.
