How it works

IRIS Clarity runs as a lightweight application on your desktop. Once installed, it sits between your microphone & speaker and your calling platform, quietly processing audio in real time before it reaches either end of the call.

There is no specialist hardware required. IRIS Clarity works with your existing microphone, headset, or built-in speakers, and connects to your calling platform automatically.

What makes it different from headset noise cancellation?

Most headsets with noise cancellation only filter the audio you send — they clean up your microphone signal, but do nothing for what you hear.

IRIS Clarity works on both sides. It removes background noise from your outgoing audio (what the customer hears) and from your incoming audio (what you hear from the customer). So even if your customer is calling from a noisy environment — a busy street, an open office, or a speakerphone — you'll still hear them clearly.

What noise does it remove?

IRIS Clarity uses AI to identify and remove a wide range of background sounds, including:

  • Office noise — keyboards, chatter, HVAC systems
  • Environmental noise — traffic, construction, wind
