If the audio on your call stops working, the first thing to do is reset your call settings. Here’s how:
- Go to the audio settings in the video platform you’re using (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
- Change the Microphone and Speaker settings back to your Default settings (e.g. Default - MacBook Pro Microphone / Speakers)
- Quit IRIS Clarity:
- Go to the app in your taskbar
- Click on the hamburger menu on the top right
- Click “Quit app” (below the “Log out” button)
- Restart IRIS Clarity:
- Search for IRIS Clarity in your Applications folder on a Mac (or hit Cmd+Space and type in “Clarity”), or in the search bar located on your taskbar on Windows
- Open the app
- Go back to the audio settings in the video platform you’re using (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
- Update the Microphone and Speaker settings back to IRIS
