Viewing device logs

To help troubleshoot an issue with your app you can find device logs for recent sessions on your local machine. 

Application logs

Application logs can be found in the IRIS_Clarity directory under Log. These logs are split for the UI and service. If you are forwarding logs to IRIS for investigation, please include all log files in your support request.

Crash logs

Local crash logs are stored in the Sentry directory.
