Monitor blocking

Some displays contain speakers which are selectable in the IRIS Clarity app. Unless this is a deliberate choice, this can result in ‘no audio’ on the speaker side of the call. To avoid this happening accidentally, you can enable the Hide displays with audio drivers setting which stops monitors from being able to be selected in the app.

To do this in the Clarity App:

  • Open the side menu
  • Click on Settings
  • Select Advanced Settings
  • Check the box next to "Hide displays with audio drivers"


Note: This setting can also be enabled via App Profile Configuration in the Account Dashboard.
