I'm getting logged out of my IRIS Clarity app at inconvenient times. Why?

There are a few reasons you may be getting logged out of your IRIS Clarity app:

  • You've logged into IRIS Clarity on a new device, which automatically logged you out of the previous one. 
  • You've shared your IRIS Clarity credentials with another user, who tried to log in at the same time as you, thereby logging you out.
  • If you're sure it's not one of the above reasons, and you still can't log in, please contact our support team at support@iris.audio

📌 Reminder: IRIS Clarity can be used on any number of devices, but on only one active device at a time per user. This means that when you log into a new device, you'll automatically get logged out on your previously active device.
