IRIS Clarity is available to download from the IRIS Clarity tab of the dashboard. You can download for Mac or Windows.
Mac
The Mac application is available as a .pkg file. There is also an uninstaller to clean up any files or data that remain on the device after uninstalling. You do not need to use this in between version upgrades.
Windows
The Windows application is available as a .msi file. This is compatible with any app distribution services (like Microsoft Intune). You do not need to uninstall the previous version of the app when upgrading, though if you run into any issues we do recommend fully uninstalling the app prior to installing.
App updates
IRIS Clarity does not have automatic version updates. We will push a notification into the app when a new version is available, but you will need to go to the account dashboard and download the new version.
