Yes, IRIS Clarity works on any application where you can set the inputs and outputs (See "What platforms is IRIS Clarity compatible with?").
If you’re using a programme like Logic, Ableton, or Audacity, make sure to set the programme input/Microphone to IRIS, and set the IRIS Clarity input/Microphone to the recording device you're using, for example Rode PodMic.
