How to record audio locally
Diagnostic call recording
IRIS Clarity has the ability to record the audio directly from the app to the users local device. This is enabled via the app settings or the central app profiles via the diagnostic call recording setting.
Audio is saved in the following location,
C:/Users/username/AppData/local/IRIS_Clarity/Recordings
Calls are recording for the previous 3 days, with older calls automatically deleted.
Data security
No audio is sent to IRIS. All audio is recorded locally only.
