My audio is crackling on calls. What can I do?

Crackly audio could be due to several things:

  • Your internet connection is unstable. Check your network and try again.
  • Your wireless Bluetooth headset is too far from your computer. Come closer to your machine to secure the connection.
  • Your computer is on 'Low power mode' on a Mac and unplugged. 'Low power mode' limits resources to your open applications and slows down your computer. Plugging your computer to charge and deactivating 'Low power mode' in your computer settings (Settings > Battery) should solve the issue. Note: 'Battery saver mode' on Windows is not known to cause this issue.
