Can I cancel my subscription if I don't want to continue?

Absolutely. While we'd hate to see you go, you can unsubscribe anytime before your subscription rolls into a new month. You'll keep access to your subscription until the end of your current payment cycle. 

  • Log into your IRIS dashboard here or access it through the app by clicking on the Hamburger menu (3 lines) on the top right and clicking on "My account"
  • Go to the IRIS Clarity tab
  • Click on Manage billing
  • Click on Cancel plan
