Cancelling My Subscription

While we hate to see you go, you are able to cancel your subscription with us

The steps to cancel your subscription depend on your Account Tier.

For Enterprise Accounts please refer to your contract or contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive directly. 

For Professional Accounts you can do the following:

  • Log into your IRIS Account Dashboardh
  • Go to the Billing tab
  • Click on Manage plan

  • You will be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal
  • Click Cancel plan

 

Note: Cancelations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your IRIS Clarity subscription until that date.
