How to ensure that IRIS Clarity automatically connects to all calls
Connecting IRIS Clarity
There are two ways to connect the IRIS Clarity app to your audio platform,
- Manually select the IRIS Clarity driver
- Set IRIS Clarity as the systems default audio driver and allow it to be selected automatically

Setting IRIS Clarity as the default audio driver will mean that it is automatically selected on all systems (except Microsoft Teams) in the platform's audio settings.

This setting can be enabled directly in the app by:

Clicking on Settings

Navigating to Advance Settings

Toggling on "Enable IRIS Clarity as default system audio"

Note: This can also be configured via App Profile Configuration on the Account Dashboard
