Automatic ringtone detection to allow ringtones through on calls

Ringtone detection

Ringtones are noise, but in the case of call centre agents, that noise is vital to using Telephony systems. Our noise removal models contain an additional detector for ringtones. When a ringtone is recognised, the noise removal level is dropped to zero to allow that tone through to the agent ensuring all inbound and outbound dial tones can be heard.

This setting can be found in the Basic Settings within the IRIS Clarity App. You can also enable it via App Profile Configuration in the Account Dashboard.
