Poor signal mode — to accommodate for poor quality calls

Activate 'Poor signal mode' when on a call with poor signal, for example a bad connection, low bandwidth, voice dropouts, distortion, etc. 

📌 Note: This model has been built for CCaaS platforms connecting with landlines or mobile phones. It is not recommended for online conferencing platforms.

To activate, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Hamburger menu (three lines on the top right of the IRIS Clarity app)
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click to check the “Poor signal mode” box
