IRIS Clarity - Browser extension set up guide

To set up the IRIS Clarity browser extension in any Chromium browser (Google Chrome, Edge etc.) 

1. Unzip the Clarity browser extension folder
2. Open browser extensions and go to Manage extensions
3. Enable Developer mode
4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped IRIS Clarity browser extension folder
5. From the Extensions tab, pin the new IRIS Clarity extension
6. Open the IRIS Clarity extension and log in with your credentials
7. Restart the page (this is required to ensure a working connection)

Compatibility

• Not compatible with Microsoft Teams
• You must wear a headset when using the browser extension

Troubleshooting

The browser extension is green but the customer can't hear me

Refresh the page and rejoin the meeting / call. This will ensure audio is connected.

I have connected a new headset during a call and I can't be heard

Refresh the page and rejoin the meeting / call. This will ensure audio is connected.

My bluetooth headset is not connecting

Right now, IRIS Clarity Browser extension does not support bluetooth headsets. Please use a wired headset.

I have done everything but there is no audio

Remove the extension by,

• Open the extensions menu
• Click the 3 dots for the IRIS Clarity extension
• Click remove extension
• Refresh the page
