If you encounter a bug using IRIS Clarity Studio, please contact customer support and provide as many details as possible, including:

  • your browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • your operating system (e.g. Windows, Mac)
  • your operating system version (e.g. macOS Monterey, Windows 11)
  • screenshot(s)
