How to manage the IRIS Clarity app from the account dashboard

App profiles

App profiles allow the look and feel of the app to be controlled via the account dashboard. Multiple profiles can be created, with profiles being assigned to individual users or set as a default profile for all users.

Creating a Profile

Click Create a profile. There are three sections to set up,

UI

Define the look and feel of the app. Allow settings to be selected by the users or have the app open. Control whether the user can log out or quit the app.

Audio

All audio related settings (model selection, ringtone detection, etc.)

Set up

Enable features like Diagnostic call recording or System default audio.



Assign a profile

Assign a profile either by,

    • Selecting a user / users in the team tab and clicking the Assign profile action.
    • Set the profile as default profile. This will automatically be assigned to all users who do not have an assigned profile.

Note: Station based licensing only allows default profiles.



Custom local profiles (Windows only)

If you use station based licensing but want to use multiple profiles, you will need to save the profile locally on each device.

Create the profile(s) you want and then download as AppConfig.json files. These should be loaded into the following location. The app will read the profile from this location first.

C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\IRIS_Clarity\

If no file is present, it reverts to any profiles set in the account dashboard.
